Juno Winter Park

Love living here so far. It’s a nice area and the amenities are amazing, especially the pool. There’s also 3 different fitness rooms, a ping pong table, two fire pits, a dog wash, a rooftop terrace, a computer room (with a working printer), a business room, Luxor package room, and a Starbucks coffee machine. The staff here are amazing as well. Maintenance always comes within a day of putting in a request. And the leasing staff are so proactive and helpful with anything that comes up. Shout out to Kenny and Derrol for always being there for us

It’s a vibe living here 🤍 The front desk staff are charismatic and friendly. This is, actually, the best experience I’ve had with property and leasing managers. Juno, overall, is a nice community. The maintenance staff are incredibly helpful and quick. The building is clean (although residents can do a better job of taking after their pets, from time to time - not Juno’s fault). It feels really good having a safe and beautiful space to call home, especially after returning from vacationing/living in the beautiful south east Asia for the last 2 years. I am self-employed, as well, so I must say that this property is business-owner friendly. The amenities are free of charge, as well. Great vibes. 10/10. Just renewed for another year.

I just left from Juno at Winter Park to move to NJ. Juno has been such a nice place for me for 2 years. Clean, safe and convenient. Great location with Whole Foods across the street, WP Village restaurants nearby and Park Avenue only a few minutes away. If I come back to WP, I will definitely be back to Juno again. Derrol and Kenny from the office are so friendly and professional. I really appreciate all of my living experience at Juno.

The service received by Kenny was horrible. He lacked interpersonal skills. Felt rushed while he was giving a tour. It came across as he didn’t want to be bothered. When asking him about rates and apartment increases was very rude in his response. If that is the initial impression and not even a resident yet then this is not a place I would want to live at or recommend.

4 stars because of tenants living there otherwise would give 5 stars. Cons 1) Noisy tenants. They’ll be sent countless emails to keep it down but no real enforcement leading to changes. 2) Dirty tenants. Tenants would leave garbage in hallways and parking garage regularly days at a time. Tenants would throw dirty cleaning liquids off the balcony landing on yours. 3) Packages would be stolen from mail room often. 4) Cars would have their windows smashed and broken into regularly. 5) People abuse the electric vehicle charging station. They would leave their cars plugged in for days sometimes even after their vehicles were fully charged. Meaning you rarely got a chance to charge yours. The guy charging his Kia Niro specifically… if you live here you know who I’m talking about. Pros: 1) Excellent location. Close to Park Ave and Downtown. 2) Derrol the property manager was very polite and understanding every time we brought a concern to his attention. 3) Beautiful property. Management always did their best to keep the property clean. 4) Maintenance requests usually got completed the day submitted. Maintenance staff was always friendly and knowledgeable.
